Custom Design Process

Here are the steps you will take to request a Custom Design:

I do not create my own images. Instead, I create my designs from digital scrapbook kits. You may choose from one of the designers listed below. Browse their websites and choose a kit that you would like to use to design your blog.

(Fees for the use of kits from these designers vary. Please email me for price quotes.)

If you would like another designer, you must give me their web address, email address and tell me which kit you would like. Additional fees may apply. You must contact me about additional designers BEFORE submitting your request form.

Before you complete the Custom Design Request Form, you must agree to my Custom Designs Terms of Use.

Here is what happens after your request is submitted:
1. I will send you an email verifying the information on your form and the cost of your design.
2. Once you reply and verify everything, I will add you to my waiting list.
3. When your name is at the top of the waiting list, I will send you an invoice for the total amount of the design. You have 24 hours to pay. Once payment is received I will begin your design. If you fail to pay within 24 hours, you will be moved down one slot on the waiting list.
4. During the design process, I will work on one piece at a time, starting with the background and header. As I finish each piece, I will show you the design and ask for feedback. I allow for two revisions for each piece. Additional revisions can be done for a fee. Please do not ask for more work than is included in the package unless you intend to pay for the extra work.


Things to consider before starting a custom design:
1. Make sure you have done your research and decided exactly what you are looking for before you start your Custom Design Request. You are welcome to email me with questions or to get advice or help with your design before submitting your request.
2. Wait times vary for each design. Please email me with questions in regards to wait times. If you are in a rush to get your design, you should consider going elsewhere. I work fairly quickly but I am a stay at home mom. I always put my family and home before my designs.
3. All payments are non-refundable. Decide what you want before you pay. There are no refunds.
