A country's time zone includes that of its dependant regions (with the exception of damage to Antarctica). France, with 13 time zone points, has the most time zone, even though it is home to French overseas states. A lot of coutries have DST, an extra lesson in LST, but this information is not included in the above-listed.

However, the unTC offsets in the lists are not applicable in practical terms during summer time.
