Please read below for more information on the Mega Menu width setting. The width of your Mega Menu can be adjusted to cover the entire page width. Notice that the Full Width setting of the Mega Menu is the same as Avada > Topic Options > Layout > Site Width selected here.
If, for example, you have your site width adjusted to 1,120px, the full width of the Mega menu will be 1,120px. Adjusting your mega-menu to full width will overwrite the width of each of the columns selected in the second layer menu options. Stage 1 - Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance> Menus, find the first tier menu option and click the Avada Options Buttons.
After the Preferences dialog opens, search and enable the Fusion Mega Menu & Full Width Mega Menu Preferences as shown in the sample picture for this section. 3 - Click "Save" to exit the "Avada Options" screen, browse down, and click "Save Menu" to store your changes to the menu.
It is also possible to define the width of the columns of your mega-menu. As a result, you have more complete oversight over your Mega Menu and how you want to view it. Twenty-five percent, for example. Keep in mind that 100% is the value you specified in your Site Width options under Fusion Theme Options.
So, if you make it so that your width is 100%, you have a Full Width Mega menu. If, for example, you have two colums in your Mega Menu and select 75% and 25%, you will get a Mega Menu with full width. Stage 1 - Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance> Menus, find the first tier menu option and click the Avada Options Buttons.
Stage 2 - Under the same First Level menu point, make sure the Full Width Mega Menu options is Off. When the Full Width Mega Menu is selected, your customized columns will be ignored. Stage 3 - In your Second Level menu entry, under the Mega Menu Column Width box, type the percent value for your columns width.
Stage 4 - Continue with Stage 3 for all your second level menu elements until you have adjusted the corresponding column widths. 5 - Click "Save Menu" to store your changes to the menu. Make sure the Full Width Mega Menu item is not checked to display the Mega Menu Column Width item.
For the Mega Menu Max-Width item, go to Avada > Topic Options > Menu > Menu > Mega Menu panels. Allows you to specify a dropdown menu width that is different from the overall width of the Web site. If, for example, you want your page width to be 100% but your Mega Menu is smaller, you can specify 1100px for the Mega Menu Max Width preference.
If the value of the site width is specified in terms of the number of pages and not in percent (%), the width of the Mega Menu will equal the site width if the Mega Menu Max Width box is empty. Mega-menu needs a bit value to work properly, and it cannot take a percent value (%).
