Remember I updated the article page several hours a day and saw the increase in turnover by several numbers. There was no telling what was going to come... a client list was rapidly expanding. 5.5 years forward and we now have over 400,000 unique leads, 20 members of the staff and the most energetic, helpful and successful client list in the business.
Our 20 members are currently based all over the world and work at their own locations. Communicating openly, working together and being committed to the whole group is something that each of us has and that makes a true difference. What makes a big difference? What makes us different? Each member of our staff knows the importance of their own individual responsibilities, because they know whether they are doing their jobs well, and together we manage as a group.
Having a great deal of enjoyment at work and working hours with each member of the staff is one of my favourite hobbies. We have a 4 department team: Engineering, Technical Services, Engineering, Support, Engineering and Technical Services. I have a senior staff with myself and 2 manager who help us organise our own unique project and monitor everything on a day-to-day base.
The members of our teams are unbelievably smart, very individual, strongly biased and versatile. Marcus our development manager and Michael our support manager have both been with us for 5 years and are an enormous benefit for ThemeFusion. We have become very good acquaintances and I recently asked them to give us some thoughts on what it's like to work with ThemeFusion and Avada on our 400,000 dollar sale.
Our design, development, technical services, technical assistance and technical writing teams know the importance of what we do every single working day. Our goal is to make your project a success. After sales services really do play a part in every division and we are always working to build more personally tailored relations with our clients to help them better understanding their needs and receiving valuable input to enhance our products for their needs.
Well, our clients are really astounding. Many years ago one of our clients (Julie Larson) founded a Facebook Communities Group named "Avada Facebook Users Group". Here thousand of our clients come together to ask and help each other out, ask suggestions, design issues and more. The group is fully operated and serviced by our clients.
It' s such an astonishing thing to see how clients who use your products have such a devotion that they are spending so much effort to help each other, work together and do everything they can to help shape the group. It used Avada up to 1.0! I recently met with him to hear his thoughts about his days with Avada, the Facebook group and the fellowship.

It is such an important addition to our in-house staff that we never thought it would happen. We' ve got several new product lines we're working on to set new standards by continuously enhancing Avada with fantastic functionality while at the same time delivering the latest and best proposals from our customers.
Our future intentions and objectives are all built on our Avada fellowship, the WordPress fellowship and our in-house dedication to creating things empowered by our work. It' always great to see Avada's places in the wilderness. It is a great pleasure for us to work with great dedication on our objectives that will extend the Avada eco-system and provide our clients with stunning molds.
Those objectives will enable them to keep creating stunning sites with effortlessness and effectiveness.
