They always had it brought to their doors and let it be eaten at breakfasts. If you don't use these sub-headings because you hopefully have found sexier ones, please adhere to the conventions not to confuse your readership.
Instead, just get it onto your iPad in a single nano second and enjoy it on the go. There are no filthy fingerprints, no effort to reread text running over a fold and no pages blown down the aisle. Personally, I adore papers and I will miss them, but I look forward to the tag where every blog is designed and styled to be as simple to reread as one of those old papers.
