Web Photogallery is a Web site that contains a home page with thumbnails that point to gallery pages that show pictures in their original sizes. Pick the pictures you want to add to the gallery and go to Window > Workspace > Outputs. Then click the Web Gallery icon at the top of the Issue pane.
Select a gallery from the Template pull-down menu and specify a mini ature image from the Style pull-down menu. Then adjust the look of the gallery using the following drawer options: Provide information that will appear on each page of the gallery, complete with titles, descriptions, contacts, and e-mail addresses.
Choices differ according to the chosen pattern. Select colours for different gallery items, such as text, headers, backgrounds and frames. Choices differ according to the chosen pattern. Enter the image and thumbnail sizes, JPEG image qualities, transitions, layouts, and whether to use file names in HTML gallery pictures.
Add an caption using picture methadata that is using gallery pictures. Specify the JPEG gallery dimensions and qualities. To view the gallery in your standard web browsers, click View Gallery in Browsers. Hint: The gallery thumbnail shows up to 20 gallery items, but the whole gallery will be stored and loaded.
Optionally, store user-defined preferences for re-use by pressing the Store Style buttons. In order to FTP your gallery, open the Create Gallery tray. Hint: If you enter the location of the servers, use forward and backward commas to name them. In order to store your gallery on your harddisk, open the Create Gallery tray and specify a location.
Then click Saving.
Then click the PDF pushbutton at the top of the Issue Area. Select an item from the Template drop-down list. Enter page sizes, alignment, output qualities (in ppi), JPEG picture compressing qualities, backgrounds and options. Use the Refresh Previews toolbar buttons to display a PDF file previewer in the Issue Previewer pane. Hint: The field Print previews only the first page of the PDF.
Optionally, store user-defined preferences for re-use by pressing the Store Template icon. If you want the PDF to open in Acrobat or Reader after saving, choose Show PDF after saving at the bottom of the display area. Otherwise, click Saving. Enables only one tray to be opened at a stretch with print area option.
