We are not interested in the person in the cockpit or the performances on stages, we are not here to support programmes or to present new construction drawings. Let us elevate Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. And Jesus said, "When I am exalted, I will bring all men to me. It is the object of this church to elevate the high Jesus Christ, and we believe that when He is elevated above all things, Jesus will be the chief point of attraction.

It is because a minister cannot rescue us, a church fellowship cannot rescue us, a programme cannot rescue us and a nice edifice cannot rescue us, only Jesus can rescue us from our iniquities. In Bethany we want to raise up Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
