Do not buy from Envato please (Themeforest, Codecanyon, etc.), there is better stuff with plug-in supports where you can buy directly from the (highly recommended) one. In my opinion I recently bought a plug-in on virtato, published a problem in the plug-in forums and got no answer, no help.

Actually, I even pushed my message if the writer didn't see it and had the buy code in my profil, as the forums say. On the plugin page on egato I wrote him a short note, but no answer to my question. I waited 2 week and asked to be refunded to him.

*The plug-in promoted tech but I couldn't get in touch with the tech because of the problem. Mario, envato's supporter, replies: "Remember: "Although we are encouraging writers to give free help (and encouraging most to make better leads for themselves and satisfy their customers), the real thing is that writers are not obliged to give help, and it's their decision to do so.

However, the plug-in promotes the exact opposite and says nothing about the fact that it has no help on the plugins page at envato where you buy it. Mario then asked me what the plug-in was about, even after I had extensively stated that my problems were without client assistance and deceptive publicity, 2 week later he told me that they couldn't reproduce the problems, so they couldn't give a draw.

Also, the annotation I wrote to envato that I didn't get help was removed by envato. It was 100% truth, I have never gotten assistance, but they remove it. However, by erasing all bad reviews that warn others, you mislead them into buying bullshit and you don't get a reimbursement for cheating.
