Ever since the launch of The Growth Show's February 2015 Podcast, we've had the good fortune to interview some really bustling individuals, among them billion-dollar corporate leaders and entrepreneurs on the brink of setting up the next big thing. with some of the other customers. I sent them an email - focused, appropriate to their interests and totally individual, but still the first email I ever sent them.

Which is a cold e-mail? There'?s no fixed recipe for the flawless pitch-based email. Indeed, cold e-mails - those that are sent to many people without a prior connection or discussion with them - are widely rejected in the marketplace.
