Either you can use the query box that returns results from the WordPress.org topic list, or you can submit a topic from your computer's built-in disk.
If they are included in the WordPress list of topics, the simplest way to add topics to your WordPress page is to do so. In this way, you can directly browse your website administration page for the desired topic. Every topic in the formal repository must have tags that describe its features and allow you to simply look for the right topic.
When you know the name of the topic, you can easily browse for it. It is not always the case, however, to know the tag for the topic you are interested in. You can, for example, look for a topic with two column names and a variable heading. Just review these tag and click the Apply Filter buttons. Now you can see all topics that match your query.
Move the cursor over one of them and you will see two choices - to see a demonstration of the theme or to instal it. When you have selected the theme you want to use for your website, click the green install icon. Their WordPress applications will retrieve and reinstall the design for you.
Just click the Enable on the same page to enable the topic. When you have a design that is not in the WordPress.org folder, you can easily submit it to WordPress using the Themes -> Install Themes section. Click the Submit Theme pushbutton at the top of the page.
Now click the Browse Buttons, choose the Library of your design from your computer, and click the Install Now Buttons. WordPress will be uploading and extracting the theme archives for you in a few seconds. The next thing you need to do is click the Activate below the news to activate the topic on your website.
Now you can go to the frontend of your website and see the new design.
