This is how e-mail works To have your domainname as your e-mail adress is an important part of your Brandings. With a third provider email hosts offers you a whole range of functions that are better than free email account. In order to setup e-mail hostings, a separate private domain is necessary. In addition, the procedures described in this paper are based on the assumption that you are comfortable modifying your e-mail and DNS records.

When using a third-party email service that is not included here, you must find all the DNA entries that your new email hosts need. For more information, see the Other email hosts section. The email begins with the name of the registered user where the domains are bought. If this happens, this third will not only be your webmaster ( because of the A entry ), but also the email server ( because of the MX entries ). You can still refer single DNS entries to other sites, even back to the initial hosts. GoDaddy can help and support you as your email hosting provider by accessing your email information. When you use this daemon, you must set up your DNS with GoDaddy.

When you use the below non-SRV entries configurations, the following Office 365 functions are not available: Follow these instructions to ensure that the email is linked to GoDaddy.
