When you make Chrome your standard webbrowser, any link you click will open in Chrome for you. Start your standard applications: Click below under "Web Browser" on your latest web browsers (usually Microsoft Edge). In order to open Chrome later, simply click a link to your taskbar: Open Chrome on your computer. Right-click Chrome at the bottom of the Windows task bar.

Do you have several open folders? You will then be taken to Chrome's tabbed user surface, where you can see all your open tabbed pages as Maps. If you have opened a ton of tabbed pages and want to quickly tidy up the home, just touch the three-pointed menus within the same Summary screen page - and what do you know?
There is a convenient concealed order there to close all your folders at once. Of course, you can copy the website URL by opening the Chrome home page, choosing "Share" and then choosing "Copy to Clipboard" from the displayed lists - but it seems like a cute, cheeky molassese is a bunch of work.
Capture a web page with less effort by pointing your fingers at the web browser's web browser location and clicking "Copy" from the displayed menus. You probably wouldn't know, but Chrome makes it really simple: As you view any webpage, open the Chrome home page by clicking the three-point button in the top right hand corner ofthe application and tapping the down arrows at the top.
With Chrome you can store the whole page off-line. Anytime you want to find it, just open the same menue and choose "Downloads". Go to Chrome's Hauptmenu while browsing the page, then choose "Share" and then "Print". Ensure that the PDF file is selected as "Save as PDF" - if you see a different name at the top of the page, touch it to modify it - then touch the round cyan symbol in the top right hand corner of the page and click the "Save" tab on the next page.
Next, all you need to do is open your phone's download application or your preferred Android fileserver to find the documents. So why spend so much effort when you have to type things into chrome, when you can just type it to find what you need? The Chrome opens a small menue with various choices to do a web scan for the term or to forward it to another application on your machine (e.g. a message server or a notepad).
Android 8. The Chrome has a concealed way to search a page for a particular word without much effort: Go to the browser's top level menus, choose "Search in page" and enter the desired name. Firstly, on many machines, you can just double-tap anywhere on a page to zoominate into that area and let it occupy the full width of your screen. Inexplicably, many Web sites keep you from somehow browsing your portable part. Fortunately, with Chrome, you can regain your controls.
Go to the application preferences, open the Accessibility section and find the "Force activation zoom" checkbox. Chrome's streamlined viewing modes make any website more portable by making it easier to format and removing external items such as displays, navigational panels, and boxed text with associated contents. Check the Chrome preferences in this Accessibility section and make sure the checkbox next to the " Simple Screen " is checked.
When opening an item, look for a blank line at the bottom of your web page with the words "Show simple view". Return to the Accessibility section of Chrome Preferences and use the Text Scale slide control at the top of the page. Wipe down from anywhere in the home area.
Rather than tap the Chrome menus symbol, lift your fingers and then tap the object you want (pshaw!), glide down on the key to move directly into the menus without ever raising your valuable thumb. Simply drag further down until you have reached your preferred options, then release them - and Chrome will choose them for you.
Chrome's most potent feature is something you may not even know exists: Your web browsers always keep all your tab pages available synchronously and across multiple platforms - this means you can open Chrome on your mobile phone and access the same tab pages you have opened on your laptops or desktops.
To take full benefit, all you have to do is open Chrome's top level menus and choose "Last Tabs". "There you will find a complete listing of those registry cards that are currently or recently open in Chrome on all your logged-in equipment. Simply touch the desired panel or touch and hold the name of a unit to find an item that opens all the panels at once.
Go back to the Chrome submenu and choose the line "History. Each page you open in Chrome while logged in to any devices - your desktops, laptops, and any other phone or tablet - is displayed in a unique browseable listing.
Simply look in Chrome's Chrome menus for the "Add to Home Screen" item. This places the symbol of the website where you will always see it for quick retrieval in the near term. Chrome's data recovery modus is a high-performance but invisible system to do just that: If enabled, the features will route pages through Google's server - in fractions of a second - before they arrive at your machine.
But the only downside is that the feature does not work with safe HTTPS pages, so more and more sites are using HTTPS, the effects of Data Saver are getting smaller. This can be tried by opening the Data Saver section in Chrome Preferences. And if you like to try new functionality before it's published, you should get the Chrome beta application from Google. If you feel really brave, give the Chrome Canary Apple a chance. It is the most instable and most often upgraded Chrome canal, with functions so refreshing that they are occasionally partly unboiled.
