Our corporate offices are in Scottsdale, Arizona, 14455 N Hayden Rd Suite 226. Did you experience bad quality services? Hi, I have purchased a GoDaddy name ( bisamtrading.com ). and we were taken as hostages to repay $1,500. Horrible Caleb Survisor. I' d never give them my store again.

That telephone was put on me and they refused to provide the recording of a telephone conversation that took more than an hours! The 54 pages of the IRS are not faxed....the IRS won't even take a 54 page fax...when I phoned to try to get additional minute to end the months, I was said that I would have to put another charge on my contract...your engineers vow that your facsimile doesn't have to be wrong and that the two 54 page facsimiles must have come from someone who used my number to have me reset all my password..........

One of my telefaxes is shown on your computer as 6 pages....it was 2 pages...your computer makes mistakes!..if I call your technical department, I will be put on ice for 27 min and no one can find out what needs to be done or who to speak to about the problem....You have my email....please let me get some replies....

Then he came back to tell me that the item I bought and the Office 365 was (especially the business of Skype) didn't have the skills I needed to make national phone conversations with my people. Personally, I only bought Office 365 for the office. As I continued the interview, I asked the Godaddy employee what my choices were, and was informed that I would have to void my corporate email to receive a reimbursement.

After that I told him that the former employees knew what my expectation was and there was clearly a problem with having to pay for a particular type of support that I could not use. Then at this point the remark was made that I had obviously communicated wrongly what I needed for my store, what was the point of getting the product I had, and essentially I was busy with it.

Before making this assertion, the employee was essentially trying to persuade me that the shop on the Skype site did not even have a local rate and even proposed that the item should only be used for in-house use. I wish I had either a national call extension licence, which I now have under the feeling that Godaddy is not offering it, so I can just make my buy at Microsoft.

A dozen grievances with pledges to solve the issue, waste of funds, lost prospective clients prompted me to send this mail to Go Daddy CEO Blake Irving, Charles Robel and Barb Rechterman, supposedly heads of client services, on November 1, 2016. I' M Very disappointed in GoDaddy support. I' ve been wrong about what's all on the Godaddy side.

I' m gonna post commentaries on your poor services in your community section on your feed. Will also deactivate my Godaddy account. Corporate GoDaddy are lying and lying and fake criminals who take your cash. Your support staff is horrible, they tell me to call it off after complaining about very low serverspeed. GoDaddy's invoicing division has billed us twice for the same Business Plus Website Builder product, under UK legislation you cannot bill the client twice for the same product.

Otherwise, we must contact the appropriate supervisory authority in writing to examine the issue with the GoDaddy branches. Can' t pay my GoDaddy hosted fees anymore, but can' t find the cancellation number. I' ve never been shouted at when I called to verify on my bankroll that GoDaddy was accidentally aborted.

It' my first and I couldn't let GoDaddy get away with treatin' clients like muck. Nevertheless, they burdened me and said that they tried to inform me by telephone and e-mail that I had been billed.....but I have never seen any notices. The GoDaddy support department declined to grant me a reimbursement because it was made after one months.

that I' ll never use the GoDaddy facilities again. Telephone extension on-line. My level of support was the best I've ever had with GoDaddy. Well, I had an associate division in my little town. I' ve been trying to get in touch with Microsoft for more than two week to check my billing information on my bankroll. Since it was a corporate bank ledger, I naturally had to get in touch with them through the division.

Well, it went back to the telephone wires. Check the bankroll. Then tell me that my money has to go through GoDaddy. After I told him that I was receiving my non-payment e-mails from Microsoft, he told me confident that I would have to make my payments through GoDaddy. I' m sighing hard now that I' m so disappointed by a business that is refusing to pay into an bank account.

I' m chatting with a GoDaddy representative and updating all my information. And then, two and a half years later, I get another non-payment e-mail from Microsoft. I' m calling GoDaddy to find out when the information in their system is being up-dated. This is when my support team tells me that I only have Outlook with GoDaddy, my schedule and when the extension is due.

Under 10 mins and I have everything I need to know about my GoDaddyccount. Well, another call to Microsoft. I' m calling Microsoft and they insist the bank doesn't even have it. Eventually I get them to look past the sample bank and find the bank that they bought.

You find the bank and then tell me that you have to refer me to a corporate client agent. Again, I get a overseas rep with a very strong emphasis. I can, however, talk to the sales rep by telephone. At last we find the right bankroll ( not sure which 1 deputy says 2 because I had to redo everything).

And to my amazement, this agent is telling me that I need to refresh my information on-line. Then I ask them to take my credentials and settle the Visio bank transfer (3 months). It says (wait for) that it cannot accept any methods of payments on the bankroll.

Which company does not tolerate payment of a telephone number? And if I had to do it again, I'd buy a Mac computer, use Mac application, and just order an Outlook email from Microsoft. I' NEVER had such bad client service....including Comcast and DirectTv. It' not the representatives' blame, but a management who has determined that standardisation outshines client services.

I' ve got 365 cubicles bought by Godaddy. Godaddy Outlook works well, but there's a Microsoft Outlook issue that doesn't allow me to click on links to open it and still generates a mail saying that "your company's policy is stopping us from doing this for you.

Further information can be obtained from your Microsoft Outlook Helpdesk. Instead, they advise me to call Godaddy and call Microsoft to report a case so they can help me. Over the years I have purchased and resold with GoDaddy several hundred sites.

Your overall level of services is good, but seems to have declined in recent years. Time and again I tried to get them to fix it, but it turned out they were only GoDaddy's slower server. And the other grievance I have against GoDaddy is her ex-CEO Bob Parsons. It may be gone, but his bequest still tarnishes this deal.
