E-mail, which INBOX does not read, on an IMAP service.....

F: Since May 20, the mail client in my MBA no longer updates my inbox in my godaddy IMAP e-mail accounts from the mail servers. Amazingly, it reads all other directories in my IMAP e-mail perfectly. The Godaddy technical staff doesn't see anything incorrect with the Godaddy accounts, which I think is somehow correct, because I can easily view the e-mails on the Godaddy e-mail servers website (email.secureserver.net).

One: I was reading Michael Steuer's comments and began looking for mail problems on the Internet. After removing enough e-mails - I think about 20,000, so Michael's 25,000 number might be correct - I began to see the synchronization of the mail applications again.

Hello Samuel, To fix the Outlook 2013 bug, let's delete the e-mail in Outlook and try adding it again and check the results.

It is also possible to verify that the root directory location is selected as Inbox. On the File menu, click File, click Account Settings, and then click account settings. On the E-mail page of the Settings for Accounts screen.

If you want to change your e-mail address, click to change your e-mail address, and then click Change. On the Change Your Account screen, click More Preferences, and then click the Extended tab.
