The GoDaddy e-mail mailbox disappears notifications

I' ve been letting my GoDaddy e-mail (imap) run through the HUB for years and suddenly all my e-mails go missing in my outbox. Add new e-mails are displayed for a few moments and then vanish. - any other folder (sent, private folder, working folder, etc.) works fine and displays all e-mails.

Appendix 412758 Here is the mobile mail that shows that I have e-mails there:

Getting e-mails on your iPhone

Opens the New Accounts page: Type the following information for your e-mail account: E-mail - Your e-mail adress to which responses will be sent and which should probably match your user name.

Your Passphrase - Your passphrase. Descriptions - Describes this accounts. Once you have entered your new bank information, touch Next in the top right hand corner. Once you have entered your new bank information, touch Next. Opens the MAIL SVER setting page: Please make sure that you fill in your current e-mail adress and your mail serve in these boxes. For more information about the mail client configuration, see the mail client configuration.

CONNECT MAIL SERVER Host Name - your mail clusters name. User name - (the e-mail to which you have access.) Password - Password for the e-mail adress. And if you don't know what it is, you can request/reset it in the section (Panel >'Mail' >'Manage Email') of your Panels by pressing the Edit buttons next to the adress.

OLUTGOING MAIL SERVER Host Name - your mail clusters name. User name - (the e-mail to which you have access) address@example.com. Passwort - Password for the e-mail adress. And if you don't know what it is, you can request/reset it in the section (Panel >'Mail' >'Manage Email') of your Panels by pressing the Edit buttons next to the adress.

Once you have entered the information for the new mail servers, touch Next in the top right area. If your e-mail has been successfully validated, the following page will appear where you can store your new e-mail account: Touch Saving in the top right hand corner to complete the setup of your new e-mail inbox. The security preferences are turned on by default whenever you set up your e-mail inbox.

That means that your portnumbers are configured for safe connections using SSL when you connect to the mailstream. By following these instructions, you can review your settings: Browse to (Settings > Accounts and Passwords). Touch Account to display the default setting. In order to display your security preferences, touch "Advanced" below.

To display all your preferences, scrolling down displays all the options. It is not advisable to modify these values as they should already be configured to use safe setting. Browse to (Settings > Accounts and Passwords). Touch Account to display the default setting. In the ON THE SERVER section, touch 'Sent Messages'. Once you are done, touch 'Advanced > Account > Done' above.

Now your sent mails are displayed on the mail servers and no longer on your iPhone directory. iPhone recognizes the remainder of the preferences automaticly and will connect to your inbox. It is a known problem within the mail application on the iPhone that can cause this behaviour. The majority of desktop e-mail client work normally, but instead display all directories under the inbox as subdirectories and not next to them.

Touch'Sent Mailbox' in the'MAILBOX BEHAVIORS' section for sent mail, then touch the directory you want to use for sent mail (in the 'ON THE SERVER' section). However, the better choice is to use your mail servers name. More recent releases of the eOS Mail clients automatically try to determine whether the mail servers support POP3 or IMAP and choose the appropriate one.

In order to make the selection yourself, type an invalid e-mail on your iPhone on the Preferences page, e.g.[a fake e-mail adress] @[your domain]. In this case, the system does not automatically recognize the setting and you can choose which log you want to use. Don't let your e-mail be set to [your valid e-mail adress] @ [your domain].
