Where' s the GoDaddy Live Chat? I' ve used GoDaddy Online before and it was better than staying on the line forever. Now I can't find the GD web site's web site's web site's web site's web site's live option. Did I miss something or did the GD now cancel the online chats? Your instant messaging is not 24-7.

Thanks, but I don't see that memo on my monitor. Can' t see anything about a chat line on-line or off-line and wonder if it is because I am in Canada? Perhaps the chat is now only for US-clients? I am only given the opportunity to call the "award-winning" (who gives these awards?) support center.

I' m in the US, and if I scrolled down, I got this message. This is a screen shot of the page. The chats seem to be national. There is no available chats in my own state ( Germany ). Perhaps the same for Canada. But I can't get this page (from Canada), so it seems that GD Chats is only (sometimes) available in the USA.

It'?s just that it's so sad to go through telephone support. "Oh, we know nothing about GoDaddy auctions" was an answer, and "Afternic? Well, without Godaddy getting awfully unsecure - there's no incriminating records. There is no e-mail support, no chats, no ticketing... ring and ring to tell a bug, ring again, ring again, ring again... no evidence that you ever told them about the bug, let alone what they said they would do about it. It is interesting to note that the only way hearing impaired clients now have to talk to them is by phone.

Obviously it is a multinational problem, then it is not country-specific. Yes, support via instant messaging is the best way to solve most problems. I haven't been able to access the chats for a few weeks now. Does anyone know another way to get in touch with their support? Except for the telephone. Now I can't find the chat on GD. Did I miss something or did the GD now cancel the chat? You say you're open from 8am to 9pm, but I did check 5 x a day for 5 whole nights during those classes without it being available...I'm in Thailand, can't que waiting for 45mins, then 20mins on the telephone at $2/minute.
