This is how you setup GoDaddy Email
The GoDaddy is one of the biggest and most prominent web host in the whole wide web with a certain amount of visibility. There are many of you out there with people counting in the hundred of thousand who rely on the business to provide webhosting and email service. So if you are one of them and want to know how to setup the GoDaddy e-mail logon, this Tutorial is for you.
I' ll guide you through the process of creating your GoDaddy e-mail log-in, password change and connecting to Android, iPhone and Outlook. Everything you need to make your GoDaddy experience a little bit simpler. The Workspace Webmail is what GoDaddy refers to as its e-mail services. It' s a fully equipped e-mail with web log-in, Outlook compatible and the possibility to compete well with a number of e-mail client.
If you know whether your e-mail accounts use POP3 or IMAP, it's very easy to set up. In order to find out if you are using POP3 or IMAP, login to your webmail and see if you have the schedule Infinite Mail. This is the only schedule that currently has IMAP support. You don't have this schedule, your bank is probably POP3.
Usually you login to your workspace at Webmail is from this page. Proceed as follows to modify your Workspace webmail password: Sign in to Workspace Webmail. Choose E-mail, Settings and Personal Settings. Choose a new one and enter it in the New Passwort field and the Verify New Passwort field. Choose OK. Once you've associated your GoDaddy e-mail accounts with your mobile device, Outlook or any other e-mail clients, you'll need to modify them as well.
Be sure to use as safe a passphrase as possible to keep your e-mail address safe. GoDaddy Workspace Webmail can be accessed via the Android web interface or the Android e-mail app. There' also a GoDaddy e-mail app if you wish. There may not be a standard e-mail app available for your telephone and Android release.
On your handheld computer, open the message. Choose the menu and the accounts. Choose Adds Account. Type your GoDaddy email as well as your username and your username in the fields below. Choose IMAP or POP3 according to what you are using. I IMAP is to be preferred. Reinsert your GoDaddy E-mail if you are asked to. Type your input IP servers, 'pop.secureserver. net' and port 110 for POP3 or 'imap.secureserver. net' and port 143 for IMAP.
Type the departing smtpout. secureserver. net' and port 80. Choose Continue and then Done. Try your e-mail by emailing yourself to or from your mobile device. GoDaddy Workspace Webmail can also be accessed from an iPhone. Choose Preferences on your iPhone. Choose Mail, Accounts and Add Account.
Choose Other from the dropdown menu and choose Create Account. Please type in your name, your GoDaddy e-Mail and your passwort. Type your input IP servers, 'pop.secureserver. net' and port 110 for POP3 or 'imap.secureserver. net' and port 143 for IMAP. Type the departing smtpout. secureserver. net' and port 80. Choose Next to check the setting.
Choose Save after Review. Try your e-mail by emailing yourself on or from your iPhone. You can connect GoDaddy Workspace Webmail to Outlook 2016 on your computer as well as on the move. Choose File and Account Settings. On the E-mail page, choose New. Please type in your name, your GoDaddy e-mail and your username and your username.
Choose Manually Set Up or add extra servers at the bottom of the screen. Type your input email address, 'pop.secureserver. net' and port 110 for POP3 or 'imap.secureserver. net' and port 143 for IMAP. Type the departing smtpout. secureserver. net' and port 80. Choose Ok and Outlook will test the link to make sure everything is fine.
They can use Outlook's auto e-mail detection if you want, but I find it somewhat irregular in its effectiveness.
