Exactly the same thing is happening to me and there are some others in the MS fora who have this issue as well.

Same MS technology (Suvarna Govinda) has reacted to the other contribution outlining this problem, and they seem to be posting only a cookie editor that does not deliver results. Another individual in the board had a hypothesis that the MS Edge feedback pathway could be the perpetrator. Because I know that there is also an Office file loading and I wonder if the Edge is mistaking the Godaddy Compose as a kind of sharing or appending query.
