While there are many ways to edit your theme file, you can edit your WordPress theme file with several plug-ins - Jetpack Custom CSS, Code Snippets, and WPditor. Under Appearance > Notepad there is a WordPress Notepad that allows you to edit your WordPress documents directly. It is NOT recommended to edit your data directly.
