How to Reinstall a Theme in Wordpress
Re-installing a theme in WordpressPlease be sure to review the upgrade instructions for your design. Since your release, if a widget has been drastically altered, it needs to be recreated. When you have directly edited the theme template without using a sub theme, you need to back up your old file or make sure you have a change credential.
You must move them to a sub-topic or apply them to the newly installed one. Don't recover old data beyond an upgrade or reinstallation, otherwise you run the chance of damaging your design. Please click on the miniature image of your topic and click on the Clear button at the bottom right. Save your current topic folders if you have made any changes, or move them out of the topic folders.
In essence, you need to get rid off the current installation in here to minimize the failure rate and confusing about which topic is on. Pull the newly opened topic from your computer to the Topics list. This example shows the topic folders on the right side and the topic folders of the express theme servers on the right side.
It should still be an ongoing topic. To see the topic detail and check if the release number is correct/up to date, click the image below. It is especially important if you have chosen to change the name of your old topic file instead of removing it as a hint intep 4, because WordPress can keep the old file alive even after you have renamed it.
