Business Letter Template

Letter of intent is a document of professionalism. When you write a letter of introduction, a letter of commendation or a letter of thanks, you must comply with the letter's form. This is the way it says that you take your mail seriously and makes sure that the addressee of the letter can concentrate on your mail (and doesn't format any inconsistencies, spelling mistakes or other small mistakes).
