LongueVue Capital, our team. We have an experienced investor and operational manager investing over 100 years. Mr. Rees is co-founder and a Managing Director of LongueVue Capital and is involved in all of LVC's daily investments and daily businessings. Mr.

Rees was a director and shareholder of City Capital Corporation and its affiliates of HMG AG and its subsidiaries until he joined HMG.

The City Capital Group was a privately held group with significant investments in shipping companies. Among his portfolios were yards, Penn Ship and Texas Drydock, a ship loader and terminals operator, Penn Terminals, and a ship financing firm, Penn Capital Corporation, which was established to acquire a non-performing loan and coercive vessel portfolios.

Prior to City Capital, Mr. Rees was CFO and Director of Halter Marine, Inc. McNamara is co-founder and CEO of LongueVue Capital and is involved in all LVC investments and day-to-day operations. Since 1996, he has been President and CEO of Stewart Capital, one of the Gulf of South's biggest private equity firms.

At Stewart Capital, we invest in a broad range of sectors and properties. Previously with Stewart Capital, Mr. McNamara was an Investmentbanker with Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he specialised in debt financed acquisitions, restructuring and capital raising deals. Over this period, he took part in 20 private equity financing deals with a total value of over $5 billion.

Mr. McNamara was also a member of the Heico Acquisitions teams that successfully completed the LBO purchase of Davis Wire Corporation, a $125 million production facility in Irwindale, California. Since our foundation in 2001, Carol Hance has been CEO of LongueVue Capital. Ms. Hance has broad expertise as a retail venture capitalist and as an retail and retail financial advisor for small and medium sized enterprises.

Mr. Jeandron is a partner at LongueVue Capital and is mainly involved in the execution of financials and operations due diligences, the handling and execution of deals and the support and supervision of corporate portfolios. Mr. Jeandron joined LVC from the Jefferies & Company and Global Hunter Securities Private Investments divisions where he worked in various positions. With Global Hunter Securities, Mr. Jeandron was a senior associate with Global Debt Capital Markets Group, where he provided advice to growth and mid-market businesses on a variety of deals, which included restructuring, recapitalization and capital financing.

With Jefferies, Mr. Jeandron was an Analyst at the Group' s consolidated finance group, where he worked on over $2 billion in gearing and share-based deals, which included levered buyouts, acquisition and recapitalization for mid-sized businesses. Mr. Jeandron holds a Summa Cum Laude degree from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Nagim is a partner at LongueVue Capital and is primarily involved in conducting financials and operations due diligences, transaction handling and execution, as well as support and supervision of investment firms. Previously, Ryan was a buyout principals with American Capital, a $20 billion managed BDC, a leading international venture capital and business development company.

Ryan has spent more than 10 years with American Capital, where he has made steady progress, most recently leading the valuation and implementation of acquisitions in mid-sized businesses. During his time at American Capital, Ryan held senior management positions with ten businesses that together employ more than 5,000 people and generate over $1.0 billion in accumulated revenue annually.

Before American Capital, Ryan was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan, where he completed approximately $3.0 billion of M&A deals and was recognised as a top-performer. Mr. Ryan earned Cum Laude a Bachelor's degree in Finances from Southern Methodist University and an excellent Master's degree from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Cox is a Director at LongueVue Capital and is primarily responsible for managing corporate discovery projects as well as procuring and assessing corporate opportunity investments. Mr. Cox joined LVC from Covey Capital Mangement, an Atlanta, GA based long equity/short hedge funds with over $75 million of managed capital.

Before Covey Capital, Mr. Cox worked as a lawyer for Atlanta-based Allen, Kopet & Associates, where he specialised in the defence of insurers and represented Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Vorhoff is Vice President of LongueVue Capital and is primarily involved in finance modelling and deal analytics, execution and execution of deals, and support for all of the company's other investing work.

Recently, Mr. Vorhoff was with the New Orleans Business Alliance, the city' formal business promotion agency, where he worked to raise over $350 million in personal capital investments through effective business expansion programs. Previously, Mr. Vorhoff worked as a Senior Financials Advisor in the Houlihan Lokey and Global Hunter Securities Full Services Investments divisions based in Los Angeles, CA and New Orleans, LA.

Throughout his tenure, he held key positions in a wide range of M&A and leveraging financing deals totalling more than $750 million. Mr. Vorhoff began his professional life as head of strategy development and asset valuation for the optimisation of a $35 million asset allocation at American Express Co. in New York, NY.

As a Senior Associate at LongueVue Capital, Austin Rees is primarily involved in the execution of finance models and deal analyses, the handling and execution of deals and the support of all other company investments. Recently, Mr. Rees worked as a finance Analyst for Moelis & Company, a worldwide operating third-party equity fund management company providing M&A, restructuring and recapitalization advice.

Throughout his tenure, he has completed over $17 billion in M&A and leveraging financing deals, in- and out-of-court restructuring and funds recapitalization for public and private corporations across a range of industry sectors. Mr. Rees holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Distinction from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

Mr. Golden is an associate with LongueVue Capital and is primarily involved in the execution of finance modelling and deal analyses, handling and execution of deals and support of all other company investing activity. His most recent position was as a Raymond James & Associates Finance Analyst, where he was a senior researcher in the Energy Invest Banking Group, which concentrated on M&A, leveraged and private equity deals.

Throughout his tenure, he worked on a number of deals in the areas of the Energy Explorer & Producer, Services & Equipments and Midstream. Mr. Golden completed Magna Cum Laude with a BSM in Finances from Tulane University. Mr. Fihma is an associate with LongueVue Capital and is primarily involved in the execution of financing models and deal analyses, the handling and execution of deals and the support of all other company investing activity.

Before joining LVC, Mr. Fihma worked as a finance analyst in Duff & Phelps' finance group, where he concentrated on M&A, buyout, leveraged and public placement as well as transactional advice. Mr. Hübner has worked on M&A deals in the consumption and industrial sector as well as on expert reports on equities and solvencies for a variety of industry segments.

Mr. Fihma holds a Magna Cum Laude BSM in Finances from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. It also acts as controller for Stewart Capital, one of the biggest independent investing firms in the Gulf of South. Previously, she worked as a controller for City Capital Corporation, a public equity company headquartered in New Orleans.
