Modify the template to contain things you want to re-use in your upcoming bulletins, such as your cover letter heading and your company name. Store your new template and browse to the desired storage locations and folders in the appearing dialogue field Create As and click Publisher Template in the field Create as typ.
Tip: You can tell the publisher where you always want to store your template. When you have reached File > Preferences > Store, type the name of the directory where you want to store all your template files under Default template. When you do this, a new Custom tabs will also be available when you create a new book, and this tabs contains all your custom styles.
When you want to modify your personal information, you can either subscribe pages to a mailing list or unsubscribe pages from a mailing list. They can also print a 11x17 printed edition of the magazine or eliminate the need for postal mail and print by producing and mailing e-mail notices. In the Page Design page, click Optionen, and then click the number of column you need on each page.
The Select a page to change box will appear on the inside pages (e.g. pages 2 and 3 of a 4-page newsletter). When you have already generated a Birthday Information Kit, your Birthday Information and your company logos will be used to substitute part of the text. Perform one of the following steps for each wildcard text block:
Choose the wildcard text and then enter it. Re-click to choose the wildcard text, point to Change Text on the context menu, click Text File, click the text that contains the text you want, and then click OK. If, for example, an item is long, the text is resized so that it fits.
Customize the text sizing. If you want to resize the text by hand, browse to the text, and then click a new text item in the Text Resize pane on the Textbox Tools Format page. Re-click the merge image, point to Modify Image, click Modify Image, click a new image from one of the available resources in the Insert Pictures dialogue box, and then click Insert.
Tip: If you do not see an image change when right-clicking, click once on the wildcard image until you see blank circle around the image area. Left-click the image again until you see grey x circle around the image itself and right-click the image. Launch the Publisher. Click on Newsletter in the publication type group.
Please click on the thumbnail for the desired email address. Presenting the profile newsletters is the point of departure for the newsletters shown in this paper. Enter a descriptive word in the Search for template field. Hint: The field Search for template is located above the title Newsletters. Select the desired template.
Select the desired customization option for your theme. Click the desired colour theme and fonts under Customise. Click One-sided distribution under Option if you are planning to one-sidedly distribute your newsletters, or click Two-sided distribution if you want to work with a theme that contains opposite pages and you are planning to distribute your newsletters two-sided or on tobacco tissue.
If you want the client email to be used in the newsletters themselves, rather than on a single cover, activate the Include client email include option in Options. From the Page Options panel, under Columns, click the number of rows you need on each page. Inside pages (e.g. pages 2 and 3 of a 4-page newsletter) the Choose a page to change option is displayed.

Select the new image, and then click Insert. Submit the e-mail containing the e-mail address of the recipient, either as a text within the e-mail or as an attached PDF or XPS document. When you are just a few hours away from your mailing list, you can use your personal computer to send your newsletters. When your Printer prints on 11 x 17 inch (or tobacco paper), you can make a 8.5 x 11 inch pleated Newletter. It can be used with any type of publications half the page-sized.
Fold open the bulletin you want to publish as a printed workbooklet. From the Format Publishing panel, under Newsletters Options, click Resize Page. From the File pull-down menu, click Printing Setup, and then click the Publishing and Papers Settings page. Choose a printer from the printers names drop-down box that can be printed on 11 x 17 inch or tablet papers.
Check that the 11 x 17 inch chart format or tabloid is checked under Print On. Click on Brochure, Page Folder under Print Preferences. When booklets, page folding is not an available item, the chosen format may be too small for the pages. Be sure that the format of the page is twice the page format. From the File menu, click Print Preview to check your work, and then click Exit.
From the File menu, click the Print button, and then click the Publishing and Paper Settings page. When your computer does support two-sided ( or duplex) printing, make sure that the two-sided or two-sided shortcut page is checked in the two-sided option box. Specify the number of photocopies you want to be printed under Copy.
Hint: If you want to send more than one copy of a newsletters that needs more than one sheet of hard copy material, activate the Sort to keep the pages in order in each copy of your hard copy work. Click All Pages under Printer Area. Choose any other option you want, and then click the Print button to start publishing.
When your computer does not print two pages, the Publisher Printer Setup Wizard will start and guide you through the process of copying your publications in the correct order so that the first and last pages are plotted on one page, the second and penultimate pages are plotted on another page, and so on.
