A lot of agents ask us what kind of e-mails we are sending on our client side, so we will present four samples that can help you get inspired for your own new business success.
1 ) These are more generalised than e-mails that we would normally deliver to all kinds of agency and all kinds of category. 2 ) You can certainly be more imaginative than the e-mail samples below, but be wary.

Thanks, this would be used as a follow-up to the above email (either the next morning or the following week), and I would suggest the reference line: "We often see 30% to 40% opening rate with this email. You will also want to present a case history here.

In the hope of setting up a conference call to present my agency,[name of agency]. Best, the two preceding e-mails could be sent in an e-mail blaster with personalisation tokens, but the following two should be sent separately.
It is a simple follow-up email after you have briefly talked to the prospective customer. Apparently, what you add or whether you add something will depend on the interview, but at least try to give more references to the work. That should get the interested party to ask you for a suggestion.
Hello [ prospective customer ], many thanks for your spare moment and your additional trouble to come and see us. Usually this email receives a reply because it softly hints at your view that it has gone obscure, but you have adhered to it. It' easy, but it' s efficient, and it still gives the potential buyer the opportunity to find out more about your agent, your thinking, and your skills.
