This is an example of using the contents-conscious filling to take the Palme from the photo below. To make the Palme d'Or vanish, select the Lasso utility and make a very coarse choice about the area to be deleted. With the selected option, go to the Edit submenu and click Fill.
From the Contents Use drop-down list, make sure Content-Aware is the item you select, and then click OK. All irregularities are easily fixed. Clone the tools to cover flaws as if the Palme d'Or had never been there. This is how you eliminate undesirable elements from a photo in Photoshop
The purpose of this tutorial is to help you understand how to use the Clone Stamp Tool to delete undesirable elements from a photograph. In order to take this picture (to make it easier and to attract more interest to the principal island) I took off the small islets. As soon as you have opened your picture in Photoshop:
Choose the Clone Stamp tool from the Clone Stamp Tool Bar, choose a well-dimensioned paintbrush, and adjust the coverage to about 95%. Press and hold the ALT key and click anywhere to take a good one. Whenever you take a specimen, this is what you will draw instead of the remote one. Let go of the ALT key and click and gently move the cursor over the element you want to delete.
You will find that the location where you took the specimen follows your movement. Repetition Step 2 and 3 until the undesired item has disappeared entirely. It may be necessary to modify the technique a little, depending on the places available, to take a good one. It is a very useful practical instrument.
