Piczo.com was closed in November 2012. The Piczo (Piczo.com) website was an on-line website building tool and a dedicated website creation site for free, ad-supported sites.

Piczo was introduced in 2005 and enabled website owners to integrate pictures, text, guest books, newsletters, video, audio and other contents with clear text and HTML on their website. Initially, the company's main emphasis was on custom website creation, and blogging was not added as a feat. As well as the web page creation aspects of the website, Piczo once had a User Generated content Repository (the Piczo Zone) where visitors can search, post and/or view contents that they or others have used on their website.

Later, Piczo rebuilt the whole site, and this and many other functions were no longer available. The Board " is one of the maintained sites, where Piczo provides information about HTML and web security, although most pages are conceived for the old Piczo. Piczo announces "Piczo Plus" in August 2010, a function that allows the user to buy an "ad-free" website that is no longer available.

Every month, Piczo recorded around 10 million unique visits. The Piczo was also available in French, Hispanic, Rumanian, Russion, Japanese as well as Korea BETA Version. It became less and less widespread as online community networks like Facebook, with the possibility to generate a personal account, became more widespread than those where you would generate a full website.
