Publisher PreviewPreview for Publishers
. Publisher 2010 and Publisher 2013 Classical Menu inserts a Menus page at the top of the Ribbon. This Menus page takes you into the trusted Microsoft Publisher 2007/2003 environment. Classical Menu for Publisher allows you to preview prints using the techniques used in Microsoft Publisher 2007/2003.
To go directly to the private viewing screen, click the Preview button on the toolbar: The Publisher 2010/2013/2016 will then jump to the background screen of the printer, as shown in the image below. Preview surface looks like the contents in (3) area. Also, user can adjust the preview setting using the preview button below the preview (see (4) Window pane).
Methode 2: Print preview via classical styled menus: First, choose the MENUS tab; then click the File button; then click the Print Preview entry that remains in the drop-down list. The Publisher 2010 jumps with these mouse Klicks to the background print preview as shown in Fig. 2.
Publisher 2010 and 2013 will also make it much simpler to get the print preview feature than before. Simply choose the File page and click the Print icon, and you'll see the new Print Right Screen Transparency as shown in Fig. 2.
Classical Menu for Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 returns well-known classical menu and symbol bars to Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016. Use Office 2010/2013/2016 immediately and effectively without training or instruction to upgrade to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio...) 2010/2013. There is a classical menu for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, Access, InfoPath, Visio and Project 2010, 2013 and 2016.
Where' s the Publisher Viewers?
Unfortunately, the Publisher does not have a viewers to open and view Publisher (.pub) folders. However, if you would like to submit a release or get a release by e-mail, you have several choices. You can try publishing to a person who does not have a Publisher on their computer: Conversion of the document into a PDF document and dispatch as an e-mail attachement.
Publishing the paper on a website and mailing a hyperlink to the reader. Convert the publishing to an e-mail so that it will appear in the text of an e-mail notification. You can also use the evaluation copy to find out more about how Publisher can help you produce professional-looking publishing. Even after the expiration of the evaluation period, you can still use the evaluation period as a publisher file Viewer, although you can no longer edit or edit notifications.
