The administrators hold the key to the WordPress lock. You can perform any task available through the WordPress Dashboard, including changing topics, changing core files, and changing other users' roles. The WordPress user roles define what each user can do on your Web site. On a simple level, user roles are only a collection of different actions (called capabilities) that a user is allowed to perform with this role.

Web site owners can control how visitors interact with things like posting and manipulating content, page creation, link definition, category creation, comment moderation, plugin management, topic management, and other visitors by giving each person a certain part.
