How do I find the Site Builder email setup preferences? - Help Center Default setting for your email client: Site builder per customer allows you to use up to 5 email accounts with your customized name. Below is information about various "default settings" that are suggested for setting up your e-mail client, regardless of which you use. It allows you to use your own application to sent and received emails from your user-defined domains.

Generic configurations & settings: With the POP accounts, you can "download" notifications from a remote computer to a computer. It is the easiest and most frequent setup for an email clients. With the IMAP accounts you can directly connect to your IMAP message directly on the IMAP servers. Use of POP is recommended for the very basic reasons that email is not saved local to an IMAP email address, so you run the potential to lose email if you run out of disk storage or forgot to do so.

However, it seems that (at least some) email client have problems administering TLS, so we suggest SSL. Yourdomain.tld: If you see this term, substitute it with your own domainname (as in example.com). Ports: Keep the defaults (110 for POP, 143 for IMAP, 995 for POP SSL, or 993 for IMAP SSL).

When you come across an issue, don't overlook that you are fully authorized to use your ISP's SMPT. If this happens, be sure to turn off your local SMSTP authentification because your ISP can recognize you by the IP of your session.

What can I do to display an email on a page?

You have two options for displaying an e-mail on a SiteBuilder page and protecting it from spam. Second, wrapping the email into a [ Email ] day is the email recipient's name. It is displayed on the page, it is legible and can be clicked, but it is hidden in the html page. That makes it harder for a spammer to find the adress.

How to attach an email to a page: Navigate to the page you want to work on. Navigate to Tools > Center Contents (or Tools > Center Contents). Go to the tool bar to Link Option... > E-mailink. On the Insert E-Mail Links screen, type the e-mail e-mail in the text box:

Choose the Insert pushbutton. For example, the e-mail is now displayed in the context editor: Please see the email on the page you posted. If you click the e-mail e-mail to open a new design of an e-mail in your standard e-mail program. Please note: From a convenience point of view, it is best to use the email as the title of the links.

In this way it becomes clear what happens when you choose the hyperlink. It is possible to use the [email] tags to display an alternate label, e.g.: ...this doesn't make it simpler or more difficult for a spammer to gather the adress.
