SquareSpace can only be reached via face-to-face or e-mail, while Shopify has gone one better with 24/7 telephone assistance.
First, by now you've found that Shopify has a very extensive set of enhanced e-commerce capabilities. But to be honest, it's not enough to displace SquareSpace, which is trying to simplify e-commerce with easier, more affordable gadgets.
