Connect Genesis for WooCommerce
I' ve just upgraded this to Five Star because Nick Cernis (@modernnerd) reacted almost immediately with the information to fix the issue. It wasn't Genesis Connect for Woo, or Woo, it occurred because I hadn't yet set up my Woo Cart and Checkout pages. It' s all my fault: I last used WooCommerce in 2015, and the previous release automatically added the shopping cart and checkout pages.
This is not the case with the latest release. Since I didn't know that these two sites now had to be reinstalled by hand or that I had to use the WC Setup Wizard to do this, they weren't. First 1-star reviews, now upgraded to Five Stars: It is the first times I have had a trouble with Studiopress product, of which I use a number.
I' m setting up this 1-star rating in the hope of finding a solution earlier than later; and will switch it to a 5-star rating as soon as I have an answer that will make it work again. I' ve just created a new website, and Genesis Connect for WooCommerce makes my contents go away.
Disabled all my plugs and then re-activated them one by one until I found out which one caused the mismatch. All my other plugs except GCFW can be activated, and the contents are on the pages. What is amazing is that I have another website that uses the 2.4.2 release of the same topics, with GCFW, AND all these plugs, and works well.
I want to use the plug-in; I've bought a number of StudioPress topics and add-ons over the years, and that's the first issue I've ever had with any of them.
