Upgrade Google

You should upgrade? Gigapixels 3 vs. Gigapixels 2

At last Google has drawn the wraps of its latest flag ship, the Pixel 3 Serie, during an upcoming New York show. So, in this paper, we take a look at what makes the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 2 families different and try to find an answers to the question: Should you upgrade?

Pixel 3 and 3DXL divide most of their DNS with Pixel 2 line-up, but there are a few sensible distinctions in use. The Pixel 2s as well as the Pixel 2s have two colored backs, but while the Pixel 2s are mostly made of metallic with a pane of pane of glass at the top, the Pixel 2s are completely made of pane of glass. Pixel 2s and Pixel 2s have two colored backs.

Google has given each of the new telephones a bigger front panel monitor without making the units much bigger. Pixel 3 now has a 5.5-inch monitor, as opposed to the 5-inch monitor of Pixel 2. The Pixel 3 XL now also has a 6.3-inch LCD monitor in comparison to the 6-inch LCD monitor of the Pixel 2 XL.

In the past year, the pixel 2 XL pixel LED screen was afflicted with many problems, so Google hopefully improved the picture this year. Pixel 3 XL differs the most from both because it has a score at the top, while Pixel 3 does not.

Even though it maintains the classical look, the 3 pixel default has discarded the infamous clunky bezel. They both still have front speaker loudspeakers, but Google says the Pixel 3D is now 40% higher than before. Obviously, the Pixel 3 line uses a newer Snapdragon 845 CPU. Googles has provided an upgrade over last year's Snapdragon 835, but it hasn't done the same when it comes to RAM.

Thus the Pixels 3000 have the same 4 GB memory and up to 128 GB memory configurations as their forerunners. By 2018, when most flagship stores have at least 6GB of memory onboard, it would have been great if Google had done the same. Luckily, Google's softwares do an outstanding job managing your memory so you don't have to be concerned that your Pixels 3 doesn't run well.

As with Pixel 2s, Pixel 3s do not have a built-in chip drive socket for storage extension, so you'll be left hanging when you buy the unit. Among the major difference between pixel 3s and pixel 2s are the cams. Google has added an additional front panel video this year.

A 12. 2 megapixel camera is available, which in the case of Pixel 3s provides new functions. Googles boosted the pixel 3 charge to 2,917 mAh versus 2,700 mAh for pixel 2. However, with Pixel 3 XL, for some simple reasons, it's the other way round.

It is based on a 3.430mAh battery, which is smaller than the 3.520Ah battery of Pixel 2 XL. Why did Google decide to do it? Maybe the Snapdragon 845's low power improvements could give a hint, although it would have been great to see a bigger instead of a smaller one.

Good tidings are that this year Google has introduced Bluetooth loading with 3s pixels. Each supports the Qi Wireless Charge Specification so they are interoperable with a large number of current battery packs. Notice that Google also sells its own charger, although it's a little pricey. Pixels 3s run Android 9 Pie out of the box and provide some new functions.

Older 2s also run with Android 9 Pie, although their upgrade supports 2020 while the 3s 2021 will expire. In addition, all four panels are equipped with Active Edge, which lets the user compress the side of the unit to launch the Google Assistant or open other applications.

You should upgrade? Pixel 3s brings a few up-grades to the desktop, such as a new CPU, an additional front view cam, cordless recharging, and hopefully better screens, but when you come from Pixel 2, an upgrade really doesn't seem necessary. Pixel 2, especially the XL version, is still a dignified mobile telephone even with the Snapdragon 835 onboard.

And with Pixel 3, it's more accessible than ever. So, if you don't want to just pay a lot of cash for a new phone, pixel 2 might be a better choice for you than $799 and more for a new pixel 3.
