You can use the Chrome device mode of Chrome DeviceTools to create mobile, first, fully reactive Web sites. Appliance mode gives you a good idea of what your website will look like on a mobile phone, but to get a complete image, you should always test your website on genuine phones. For example, DeviceTools cannot simulate the features of mobile gadgets.
Simulate your website across different display formats and resolution, even retina display. Switch the Instrument Mode key to switch the instrument mode on or off. The symbol is displayed in dark red () when the unit mode is on. If it is off, the symbol is gray (). Instrument mode is activated by setting the standard. It is also possible to switch the mode of the devices by clicking Command+Shift+M (Mac) or Command+Shift+M (Windows, Linux).

To open a mobile version of any website from your desktop
While surfing the Internet, you must have come across some pages with a hyperlink "Switch to mobile page". Looking at the mobile version of such websites is simple, but what if you want to view a mobile version of a website that doesn't offer such a hyperlink? Although there is no such feature, many websites move to the mobile site spontaneously when seen from a mobile devices such as smart phones and ortables.
It is possible to open mobile sites through your desktop browsers with a Desktop expansion. When you want to view mobile sites in your Desktop Browsers, the simplest way to do this is to use a Browsing Extension. The User Agent Switcher add-on can be installed from the Mozilla add-on lib.
If you have Chrome: Download and download the Switcher for Chrom eXchange application from the online store of Crome. The UAPick User-Agent Switcher Add-on must be installed. In order to modify your Firefox Mobile Operator in Firefox, hit the Alt key to display the menubar, go to Tools > Default Mobile Operator and then choose a mobile operator you like.
You can also right-click on the Firefox bar, select Custom, and click and drop the User Agent Switcher symbol onto the Firefox bar to apply it to your Firefox workspace. This is how the mobile version of Wikipedia looks on the screen. As soon as you are done, just go back to the "default user agent" by again going to the same place or its symbol in the symbol bar.
When you want to include more users in your list, you can do so using the appropriate settings. There is no way to change to the iPad to use the iPad and you will need to physically do so. If you want to get more users to use the default password, go to Tools > Default Users > Edit Users.
