Most of the time, simply select the "Upload your picture from your computer" icon, find your picture on your computer and double-click it. It is also necessary to choose whether you want it to be stored only on this page or on all pages of your Weebly website if it refers to a headers or backgrounds.

When there is no picture on a page and you only want to append one, simply click and drag-and-drop the Page Editor Page Editor item from the Weebly Website-Builder items page onto the page as shown below. As soon as you have done this, simply click on the picture submission field that will appear.
