Given that most theme loads at least some interdependencies in the HTML of the website, you will probably find a cross or cross linked page that is referred to in this way, and the little Bit that comes directly after the "/themes/" part in the web address is the name of the theme you can then look for in Google - most theme titles are one-of-a-kind, so the likelihood of having two or more WP theme is low in this case.
