The time in Mephis is one hour behind New York City, New York time and two before Los Angeles, California time. The city of Smith is located in the same time zone as the large Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; St. Louis, Missouri; Minneapolis, Minnesota; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Atlanta, Georgia city. If you watch televised nationwide TV, in particular sports such as Memphis Grizzlies NBA matches, the broadcast time may be shown in the Eastern Time Zone.
