First, create two pages on your website. If you are using a WordPress topic that has a Home template when you create the Home page, you can select it from the drop-down list as follows. Second page will be the page that contains all your blog post. We call this second page Blog.
Some WordPress topics, like the home page, have a blog template from the drop-down list. And if so, choose it and post your page. Modify the "A Stable Page" check box and choose the title page and blog page from the drop-down lists.
