Planned maintenance - Zoho Blog We have begun to modernize our datacenter infrastructures, as previously stated. Further information about this update and the affected service can be found here. When you are a Zoho Mail account holder, you will find the affected service here. When you access mail.zoho.

com, you will only be redirected to your mail. There are other functions such as tasks, notes, search, etc. available after the update.

PDT: The infrastructural upgrading was successfully concluded. We are working on restoring some of the smaller functions within some of our service, however.

Scheduled maintenance of our US data center

We will modernize our U.S. datacenter facility as part of our regular facility maintenance from September 2, 2017 to September 10, 2017. Last year, we carried out a similar maintenance operation in the computer centre at about the same amount of work. All Zoho utilities will remain in operation during this transition and we do not expect any significant disruptions in the use of our utilities.

As soon as the maintenance of the datacenter is completed, we will refresh this blogs. Updated: 2 September 2017: Maintenance activities have been rescheduled for inevitable causes.

Scheduled maintenance of our US data center: 7 July 2018 - 19:30 until 22:30 PST

On July 7, 2018, we are planning to update the networking at our U.S. datacenter from 19:30 p.m. to 22:30 p.m. PST. Upgrading will help us provide more efficient service to our growing servers family. As part of this upgrading, we will move all Zoho facilities to our second computer centre to make sure that our facilities work.

While we do not anticipate any service disruptions during this time, should you notice any disruptions, please notify us immediately at support@zohocorp.com or twitter @zohocares. I' ll be updating this article once the networking upgrades are completed. Like always we thank you for your deal and the continuous assistance of Zoho.

Our aim continues to be to continuously improve our operational and infrastructural capabilities to best meet the needs of your company. When you have put our Zoho IP on the white listing, please add the following IP as well. In our EU computer centre there will be no maintenance and all our service will function normally.
