Do you need HTML-enabled email templates for Zoho campaigns? E-Mail Templates | Online Help CRM provides e-mail templates to enable you to sent a single e-mail address to more than one recipient. E-mail templates can also be used to mail bulk emails to lead and contact or to e-mail alerts to Zoho CRM user when a work flow policy is triggered. You have three options for creating an e-mail template:

When you create a new folder, you can category the templates by including similar templates in the folders.
